We went down an arm of the lake and came to the river coming in and anchored our boat and took a beautful little hike
the water was FREEZING so we couldn't get James to go down this "water slide" but it was fun for me!
we couldn't make it all the way to the waterfall in our flip-flops but it was still nice to look at
shhh, what was that? Watch me and my mad skills. Don't try this at home kids!
This is how James typically boats
We slept in the van on a airbed. SO comfortable and warm thus a wonderful nights sleep and a happy camper!
We were fishing from the boat right in the sunshine and so while Brian was busy re-rigging his rod I manuvered the boat over to the rock and climbed off with James. James got a break from his life jacket in the 90 degree heat.
He's pretty serious when he fishes! Actually, I don't think he was quite ready to get out of bed.
No, that's not fish slime on his lips, it's breakfast... powered donuts, YUM!

He insisted on wearing a hat to go for a walk on a 70 degree morning.
We found this when playing outback. We find them daily in our blueberry bushes. James said "Mommy, I hold it please?" My mom would FREAK HER FREAK! Notice in his other hand he holds a snake skin.
